    I'd probably try white vinegar first, as that will both tackle the limescale and kill the mould. 

    But if it's the sealant that's gone mouldy you're probably better just removing it, cleaning it up properly and then resealing with a good quality sealant.

    Once you've resealed, you can reduce the risk of it going mouldy again by drying the area after every use. We have a towel specifically for this purpose.
