These This Morning terms and conditions, along with ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, available here, (“General Terms”), apply to Competitions (defined below).

 

Who can enter:

 

The ‘This Morning’s Spin to Winsday’ competitions in relation to the This Morning programme (the “Programme”) are open to UK, entrants who, at the date of entry, are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man; (b) aged 18 years or over; (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Competition (defined below).  

 

By entering the Competition (defined below), you confirm the following:
●    You are 18 years or over and are a UK resident;
●    You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV or STV;
●    You have read and accept these ‘This Morning’s Spin to Winsday’ competition terms and conditions;
●    You have read and accept the General Terms; 
●    You consent to be phoned live on air and for your name, general location, details of the prizes that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s discretion. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms; and
●    You will be contactable between 11.30am and 12.30pm on the Competition closing date.  

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

The competitions open and close for entries online via the www.itv.com/win and www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) and the This Morning app (“App”) at the times advertised in the Programme, on the App and online via the Website on the dates set out below:

 

o    Competition 1: opens on Monday 29 September 2025 at 11am and closes at 11:25am on Wednesday 1 October 2025; 
o    Competition 2: opens on Wednesday 1 October 2025 at 11:30am and closes at 11:25am on Wednesday 8 October 2025; 
o    Competition 3: opens on Wednesday 8 October 2025 at 11:30am and closes at 11:25am on Wednesday 15 October 2025; 
o    Competition 4: opens on Wednesday 15 October 2025 at 11:30am and closes at 11:25am on Wednesday 22 October 2025; and
o    Competition 5: opens on Wednesday 22 October 2025 at 11:30am and closes at 11:25am on Wednesday 29 October 2025,
(each a “Competition” and together the “Competitions”).

 

You must: (i) complete your entry within five (5) minutes from clicking the ‘Enter Online Now’ button; and (ii) start your entry before the closing date and time of the relevant Competition, otherwise you will not be able to complete your entry and you will not have entered the Competition.

 

How to enter & cost of entry

 

To enter the Competition, visit the Website or the App and follow the instructions. In order to enter the Competition, you will need to register or log on to the Website.

 

You will have thirty (30) seconds (“Time Limit”) to answer one (1) multiple-choice question (“Quiz”). When you are ready to confirm your answer, click the ‘Submit’ button (“Answer”).

 

You will only be able to attempt the Quiz once per Competition.

 

Please note that once you begin the Quiz, you cannot cancel, pause or navigate away from your Competition entry and you will not be entered into the relevant Competition.

 

If you Answer within the Time Limit, you will be asked whether you would like to proceed to payment to enter into the Competition for a chance to win a cash amount, as further described below (“Prize”). If you fail to Answer within the Time Limit, you will not be able to enter the Competition.  

 

If you wish to enter into the Competition, you will be invited to submit your full name and county and proceed to payment to complete your Competition entry.

 

A single entry costs £1.50. You may enter by going to the App or the Website and following the instructions to either charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill (“Direct to Mobile Billing”) or pay using your Paypal or Apple Pay account (in each case subject to availability as advertised on the Website). There is a cap of one (1) paid entry across all online platforms.

 

Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or Paypal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

 

Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see itv.com/win. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

 

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section below. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

You will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the ’Winsday‘ prize draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Competition will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. You must complete your Competition entry via the Website or the App within five (5) minutes of clicking the ‘Enter Online Now’ button. You should ensure that you have an adequate internet connection before entering the Competition. If you lose your internet connection, close or refresh your browser at any point whilst making your Competition entry, or click ‘Back’ between starting the Competition and making payment, you will not be entered into the Competition, you will not be able to start your entry again and you will not be able to participate in the Competition.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

The draw will take place shortly after the Competition closes.

 

Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be called on air on the Programme between 11:30am - 12.30pm on the relevant Competition date on the phone number provided to ITV. Entrants must be contactable during these times to be eligible to win the prize. If the entrant does not answer the phone within a reasonable number of rings or the entrant’s phone goes directly to voicemail, the entrant will be deemed to have forfeited their chance to participate in Spin to Winsday (“Unanswered Call(s)”) and the Promoter will move onto the next eligible entrant of the Competition and thereafter until an entrant is found.

 

Once an eligible entrant is contacted on air on the Programme, the presenter of the Programme will spin the wheel and that entrant will win the Prize that the ticker on the wheel lands on (“Spin to Winsday”). The entrant will then have the choice to either Spin to Winsday for a second time, which will require them to answer another multiple choice question correctly (“BonusPrize Quiz”), or take the Prize won on the first Spin to Winsday. If the entrant chooses to answer the Bonus Prize Quiz, and answers correctly, they will get another chance to Spin to Win, and will win the total of both Spin to Winsday cash amounts. If they answer the Bonus Prize Quiz incorrectly, they will win the initial cash amount won in their first Spin to Winsday.

If no eligible and correct entries are made for the Competition by the close date of the relevant Competition, the Competition will not take place and the Prizes will not be awarded to any entrant.

 

The Promoter will call up to a maximum of five (5) entrants in total on air for each Competition (“Calls”). If the Calls result in Unanswered Calls, the Promoter will continue to call eligible entrants off air for a period of time following the process set out above until a winner is found and the prize will be awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

Please note that in certain circumstances, the Promoter may at its sole discretion void any Competition.

 

Prize:

 

There will be up to twelve (12) prizes available on the wheel. The prizes available during each Spin to Winsday for each Competition will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. Across the Spin to Winsday Period, entrants may have the chance to win cash prizes of various amounts (“Cash Prizes”).

 

Once a Cash Prize is won by an entrant, it may be replaced on the wheel by a prize of a lesser value.

 

Each Cash Prize will be made payable by BACS in the name of the winner only.
