I have a very bulging abusive brother, we are both LPA, and executors of my parents will,,, we have a total breakdown in relationships, and I get abusive, threatening WhatsApp’s off him, gone on for many years,, can I issue a cease and desist letter? Or is there any other route I can take? And any ideas of costs, I need to be there for parent, but the bullying is wrecking my health,, thanks all

Is the parent aware of the situation and able to intervene ?
If they still have capacity I'd possibly be asking them to redo both the LPA and will to name only one or the other of you, as you are unable to work together....

Yes they are aware, the bully lives with them and will have 2 years to vacate property after death, parent has always tried to stay neutral but it hasn’t worked, he won’t stand up to him at this stage , he is quite elderly,, but has all faculties , thinks to save arguments it’s best for us to both be named on everything, bully can be sneaky 😏
