Hello all,
Apologies in advance if I am asking something already covered- I have had a search however cannot see an answer however can be easily distracted and not always see what I'm looking at!
I sent emails to Kia Finance regarding the discretional payments etc however never got a response. I understand it is on them to contact those affected however I went on their website and it mentioned about complains and to click on a link to make one- should I do that as well? just to ensure that I am included? or will my previous, unanswered emails be enough?
As you can claim for purchases up to 2024 can I include my current car purchase (also with Kia- I really like there cars!) would I need to complain about that too or will that automatically be included in any re-dress?
I am completely clueless whether discretional payments, or any other sort of commission, was included and had thought their lack of response may be because it wasn't- but as they have a page for it on their website I'm now wondering if they were! and obviously do not want to miss out!
I am confused by it all but really don't want to be kicking myself later for missing a step! hence my waffling questions
Many thanks in advance!

AFAIK, anyone who is entitled to a payout just has to sit back and wait to be contacted.0

You still need to wait to see what the redress programme is going to be, the current proposal is that finance companies will have to contact everyone impacted but the proposal is still under consultation and not finalised.0 -
