M&S Bank Rewards Credit Card Vouchers

Hello,

I signed up for M&S Bank Rewards Credit Card and didn’t expect to receive the rewards so quickly. If you cancel within 14-days, do they cancel the vouchers? If yes, I may just pay for one month at £10.

    Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness: 

    People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

  • We've had these for years - I suspect if you cancel soonest you can avoid the first £10 monthly fee ?
    Not sure how they can nullify the vouchers already sent though.

    I cannot see it mentioned, that’s why I’m asking for customer experiences…

    I cannot see it mentioned, that’s why I’m asking for customer experiences…
    Therefore you have your answer. 

    Asking people's experiences is somewhat pointless as even if they got something, it doesn't mean you will nor would you be able to argue with M&S that some random on a forum said they got it so you should too

  • I suspect few new customers cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, so there will be few relevant experiences - the Rewards are only £10 a month so even in the worst case scenario you'll only be a tenner down and will still have the vouchers to use.

    What is with the attitude? Who said I’m going to dispute it with M&S and mention the forum? 
    I’m simply asking the question on a public forum, as it’s not clear.
