I’m in a similar position - have the Lloyds ultra and wanted to use it for cashback but not if get charged interest etc as otherwise I’ll just transfer the money. Mine is less than £5000. I was wondering how it had gone? Did it work and did you get the cashback? Thanks.0

Just be aware that you could be charged as a cash paymentLife in the slow lane0 -
Just to give everyone an update - I was able to pay it off using the credit card and got the cash back too. I also did not get charged for the ‘cash’ transaction. Thanks to one of the comments that suggested me to try with £10 first.
