    I'd just use Chase or TSB with zero overdraft on the underlying account. There are loads of no fee forex cards about now for all possibilities, and the fintech ones like Revolut and so on are less attractive now IMO because of spend limits for forex unless you pay a subscription. The prepaid cards tend to be expensive (you think of things like Currensea, but the rates are pants).
