Amazon Restricted Digital Purchases Only - Gift Card On The Account

Amazon Restricted Account To Digital Purchases Only since February 2025
but I Also have a gift card on the Amazon account with enough money /balance on the Amazon gift card to write this thread and ask for help
Amazon are saying that they closed another account of mine
And this is the reason that they restricted my account to digital purchases only:
" We've found your account is directly related to another account which has been previously closed due to the violation of our policies and we aren’t able to consider further requests to issue anymore refunds "
"Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we're unable to discuss other accounts with you, and the decision to close your account is a final one. I’m sorry for any disappointment caused and appreciate your understanding "
Amazon are very confusing with the responses from OFM - Online Fraud Management
Which unfortunately doesn't help
But the problem is Amazon won't tell me the email address of this secondary Amazon account
So I have no idea what secondary Amazon account they are referring to and they won't tell me to even try to understand the route stem of the actual problem as to why they have restricted my account to digital purchases only
I have requested a DSAR - DSAR (Data Subject Access Request)
Go onto Amazon chat and ask for a DSAR
As they sent me a link to click on to access
To see if I can locate this secondary Amazon account as if I don't know what this secondary Amazon account email is
and Amazon won't tell then I'm constantly hitting a brick wall

It may not be an account in your name.
They refer to an account related to another account. That can be someone else's account linked to your address.0 -
