Dear All,
I am asking for your help/advice.
I paid thousands of paid for clear aligners treatment through this company.
The treatment was wrong and I have clear emails from them to say they would correct it. Every time I was coming around to booking an appointment, this was no possible on their end. They recognised their fault within the process and clearly have said they will correct it.
It later turned out (after some investigating) the company went into liquidation.
I then had to go to another business and then pay another substantial fee to correct the issues these guys created in the first place.
On Companies House they are still stated in 'Liquidation'.
Am I entitled to get my money back, if so how?
I know that I am definitely not the only one in this position.

You've paid for a service that they failed to deliver, so you are entitled to money back
But if they've gone into liquidation then you'll have to join a queue of creditors and, if you're lucky, you might get a small fraction of what your owed.0 -
You may be entitled to some or all of your money back, but if the money isn't there you won't see it. You'd join the list of creditors and might get back a tiny percentage of what you are owed.
How did you pay them, and when was that?0
