DCBl/ECP claim form - machine fault.

Morning can I ask for any advice with my court claim form please (issued 26/09/25), I've done the AOS and now compiling my defence. Anything specific I should add (ive read the excellent newbie thread)

Parked in ECP car park for approx 30mins, machines kept on cancelling my transaction, have videos of this, Phone battery flat nothing else I could do, when phone charged and I had WiFi I contacted ECP via their website later on for advice, received response "ill have to wait for a pcn"

your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 29/10/25

Just been to the court enquiry desk, DCB Legal failed to pay the hearing fee so the claim has been struck out.

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

We ask that you please email DCB Legal and tell them you understand they failed to pay the hearing fee, so you require a copy of their Notice of Discontinuance to close your file. Failure to send it this week will result in the court being asked to award your costs.

(We need this NoD to count your success in the DCB Legal thread by @Umkomaas).
