Morning can I ask for any advice with my court claim form please (issued 26/09/25), I've done the AOS and now compiling my defence. Anything specific I should add (ive read the excellent newbie thread)
Parked in ECP car park for approx 30mins, machines kept on cancelling my transaction, have videos of this, Phone battery flat nothing else I could do, when phone charged and I had WiFi I contacted ECP via their website later on for advice, received response "ill have to wait for a pcn"
