Warner Hotels A Celebratory Stay

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Bourne Holidays Limited , the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. To enter the prize draw applicants must apply by emailing runnymedeanniversary@warnerhotels.co.uk. They should include in the application:
   • Full name and contact phone number
   • Birthday
   • A copy of an official ID document (for example, passport or driving licence). This is requested solely for the purpose of checking your date of birth (as this is a qualifying condition for the prize draw) and will be securely deleted once this check has been performed.

Each applicant may submit one entry. Any additional entries beyond this limit will not be considered.

1. The prize draw opens for entries at (GMT) on 3 October 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (GMT) on 31 October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, including technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
3. Five winners will be randomly selected from all applicable entries using an automated tool.
4. As part of the prize, the winners will receive:
   • A two-night stay for two adults (the winner plus one guest) at The Runnymede on Thames, including bed, breakfast, dinner, and selected entertainment during the stay (subject to availability).

Dates for each visit will be agreed with the winners upon selection and are subject to change depending on hotel availability. Blackout dates apply. 

The blackout dates will be:

• • Star Breaks 2025 and 2026
  • Friday 13th and Saturday 14th February 2026
  • Manday 15th to Saturday 20th June 2026
  • Monday 20th to Thursday 23rd July 2026
  • Monday 7th to Sunday 13th September 2026

Applicants will need to make their own travel arrangements. Travel and transport expenses will not be included.

1. The Promoter will notify the winners by email and phone call on or before 31 October 2025. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven days of being notified by the Promoter in the manner set out above, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries that it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
4. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
5. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails runnymedeanniversary@warnerhotels.co.ukor writes to Warner Hotels, 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4YL (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname, county, and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at runnymedeanniversary@warnerhotels.co.uk In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
8. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Personal data provided during this promotion including full name, date of birth, contact details and a copy of an official ID document verifying your date of birth will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and verifying eligibility in accordance with these terms and conditions. All data will be stored securely with restricted access and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes. Participants have the right to request access to, rectification of or erasure of their personal data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing.
