Best way to sell a probate hoosie?

My late Mums flats needed total renovation and the price reflected that. It sold for the asking price the first viewing (although they had to pull out) and I could've sold it ten times over. I chose an EA in town that I knew had sold many in the same blocks.
Make sure your friend has lights on timers and moves things around on each visit to make it look occupied. Unfortunately, I didn't do the lights and it was broken into. Just damage to the rear door; there was nothing left to take and I have a suspicion the man who came and bought some furniture was behind it.0 -
keeping the house heated to a minimum temperature or draining down the system, for example..
I would do the former, to stop any damp issues. Also you do not want people viewing the house to feel that it is stone cold and smells of damp.0 -
Thank you, Pooh - good points.0
