Adjudication with IAS…

Good day.

Insight:

Using a rented private hire car, not registered keeper.. notice to keeper given and I had to identify myself as the driver(guy would have withdrew vehicle )using NTK. Appealed thru NPM in house, moved on to IAS.. awaiting outcome after evidence submitted. After reading here, know this is most likely rejected, all files saved and screenshots taken .

I’m prepared to go all the way and accept a ruling in small claims. Would not contest if wasn’t prepared.

Anyhow… I’m please if you may

Questions and consideration for court defence..

Identifying as the driver, name address given. Should a notice to driver been sent to myself? Or irrelevant once I identified myself via notice to keeper?

Private land not identified at the entrance. Using a signs set back on boards that states if you enter.. you agree to terms.. no opportunity to decide. All videoed.. will take better date stamped.

The Road looks like a public highway, no barrier.. no entrance sign….signs placed would mean you leave vehicle to read.. the map identifies it as Market street.

My contest is I was not made aware I entered private land, I was there just over 5 mins without actually leaving vehicle, parking operator acknowledged facts in prima facie. They offered no proof of entrance sign. Using 2022 pre loaded photos on the IAS site.

Also, the land has easements allowing use by a Tesco store. As yet, unaware whom is employing NMP to operate.

I actually find this whole set up entrapment.. a right to prevent parking on private land is one thing but using that to entrap and extort is appalling. I accept the fact I may end up paying more, but will feel better that way than handing money to this scam. I will try to report this to help other victims.

Thank you for hosting the site. I would not have had the information needed to feel confident in going through to the end.
