Liniar or Aluplast windows?

It's my first time getting double glazing and I am totally clueless about windows! I'm trying to decide between Liniar Eco Energy Plus windows that come with FENSA registration, a 10 year guarantee on frames and workmanship and 5 years on glazing units. Or there's Aluplast Ideal 70 windows which come with Certass which comes with a 10 year guarantee on condensation and profile colour, 2 year guarantee on hardware mechanism.

The first one is slightly more expensive (which is fine), the second one they can turn around quicker so I won't have to suffer through another single glazed winter! It seems like guarantee wise the first one is more generous? Would love some thoughts on which window brand/quote is better. The important thing is heat insulation for me!

Both products will be pretty similar, as they all have to pass the same standards.

Liniar is a manufacturer based  in Derbyshire ( near the Denby pottery site), whilst Aluplas are based in Germany and Poland, in case that has any bearing on your decision.

However in my opinion the quality of the installation is probably as important, and that will usually be a local company, who may or may not have a good reputation.

In this case you can consider triple glazing.
Insulation around a window depends on the quality of installation In the first place.

Thank you, both! In that case I'll probably go with Liniar as that company has the best reviews.

I've read mixed reviews about triple glazing and how effective it is....
