Only items listed as C1 or C2 need to be addressed, anything listed as C3 is advisory. What have they put the consumer unit down as?  Most houses that ere built prior to 2018 wont meet the current regs as they are now Edition 18, doesn't mean you have to redo the house.

I cannot locate the 2020 certificate. I think that my letting agent must hold it. Upon further investigation, it appears that the owners of all 400 flats in the block are being asked to replace their boards as the best way of achieving the necessary compliance and certification.

It turns out that the owners of all 400 flats in the block are being asked to change out the distribution boards. I feel that compliance is not optional. It is a small flat, but there is always something non-compliant with regulations. Thank you.
