Doesn't matter as long as it hasn't just happened recently. Just a quick way of bringing the pipe away from the wall without having to use an elbow.• The rich buy assets.

Probably because a dual thickness radiator has been fitted where a single was fitted previously. It brings the pipe centre out from the wall2

I would say fairly common practice. A perfectionist may have fitted elbows etc. to run everything at right angles, but the way it is installed is perfectly fine, and will actually be more efficient for water flow than if it was made to look perfect.• The rich buy assets.

What's on the other end, a trv or a lock shield valve?
Did they say they had made any change to balance the system? You might need to do that a bit but can wait till a cold day to save wasting gas.0
