Yonos Pico settings/advice

Hello,
I have a Samsung heat pump with a Yonos Pico circulating pump, we had issues with it but the electrician and plumber came out and fixed it. Since then it appears to be constantly on/running, can hear it running and also the display says “40w” which I assume means it is using that wattage.

Is it normal for it to be running all the time? Or should it only run when there is demand for heat/hot water?
