Even though you know from the official MSE Guide that this cannot happen unless you LOST at a hearing then also REFUSED to pay (which would be less than the sum currently claimed).
Think about it. Obviously defending a small claim DOESN'T put you at risk of an instant CCJ if you lost, otherwise nobody would risk defending and anyone could send out claims for profit!
Read the MSE guide - linked at the top of this page and fact checked by Martin Lewis himself - and calm down. Trust us. We don't put anyone here at risk of a CCJ.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
