In post help please

I have just sold an item through Vinted and have attempted to post it. The In post locker won't scan the barcode, I don't have a QR code (or I don't know where to find it). The screen says I can enter the barcode, but there are two and both contain characters (brackets or symbols) that are not shown on the touch screen. I have entered the wrong code, then tried another locker unsuccessfully. Which barcode do I use? Is there a knack to scanning?

Keep trying the barcodes - I can never remember which one works but some of the lockers are very slow to accept the codes.

You can't unfortunately get a QR code now , but there are a number of shops that take Inpost so if all else fails try looking to see if you have one locally. 

Just double check as well that your message thread still shows this needs to be sent- there was a glitch a few weeks back where lockers refused the code but it as still recorded as being sent.

Some of the auto readers are tricky, I find turning up the brightness on my phone often helps.
But like @soolin said, see if there are any shops around you that take InPost as they have expanded recently, and it's much more helpful to have someone doing with/for you!

I have been to the Inpost shop today and they said there is an issue with the barcode. The buyer has now cancelled the order due to this.

Apparently there's been a big issue with inpost lockers not working so while very annoying, at least it's not just you
