Printing photos from Windows PC. Set up is cable linked
After clearing a paper jam I'm getting a message "Memory device is not inserted. Add a memory device"
I presume this refers to the connecting cable but this is quite firm at both ends. Am I missing something?

Is it referring to an SD card or similar? o idea why it should look for one following a paper jam. Might be some useful information here: -
