Basically means firms cannot and should not be using unqualified staff to conduct litigation. They can only support qualified solicitors.
So the business model of DCB Legal et al seems a little bit problematic.
Anyone with an ongoing case could / (should?) make immediate representations to the Claimant, Court and the SRA they are a Defendant where the Claimant is using unqualified staff to litigate.
