Parking Charge Manchester Airport Pickup Only Zone T2 West Ground Floor
I picked up my family using express lane from Manchester Airport Pickup Only Zone T2 West Ground Floor and stayed for less than 5 minutes. However, after reaching home, I forgot to pay and received a parking notice. It is still within 14 days and reading these forum, it looks like I can appeal as registered keeper and use the template. Is this still valid for this parking zone as lots of threads are for drop off forecourts at Manchester airport.
Also when appealing as registered keeper, APCOA website is asking for name and address, should I give it?

Of course you give it. They have it already!

I got in the wrong lane at T2 and ended up driving through the Pick up/Drop off lane. I drove straight through, didn't stop and between the camera taking me going in and coming out it was 1minute 31 seconds. I have received a parking charge of £100. Unless I threw my passengers out or they jumped while I was passing, it was impossible to drop off or pick up. I have appealed and will post the outcome.2

Hope you didn't appeal saying who was driving, but instead used the appeal in the Airport Drop Off group thread?abbeycroft45 said:I got in the wrong lane at T2 and ended up driving through the Pick up/Drop off lane. Please post your outcome in the group thread, not here in this little peripheral query post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I overstayed by 20 minutes because my son was delayed waiting for his luggage to appear on the carousel. I got a parking charge notice demanding £60 or £100 if I didn’t pay in 14 days. I appealed on two counts; one as the vehicle keeper (explicitly not identifying the driver) quoting the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, meaning no keeper liability exists and two, claiming I’d used the airports website information to estimate the time my son would exit arrivals, providing both proof my son was on the relevant flight and the airports website information.
They dropped the charge but they didn’t say which point has caused them to do so.
I won’t be using the 15 minute pickup facility again; unless the pickup person has told me they have left arrivals and will be at the pickup in 5 minutes. This was obviously what most people were doing judging by the mass of passengers waiting at the pickup entrance.
