OVO chasing for £40 from 2019 - should I pay?
I've recently (within the past 2 weeks) started getting calls and emails from OVO saying that my I owe £40 from a final bill from September 2019, from my previous address. I've not been with OVO since around Dec 2021.
Honestly I thought it was a scam at first but after logging in to my old OVO account it does show that I owe £40, though I never remember been sent this bill via post or email.
I've read about the stautus of limitations. My last payment was paid to them around Sept 2019.
Should I pay?
