Notice of Intended Legal Action by DCBL
I’ve received a Notice of Intended Legal Action from DCBL for £170. This is the first correspondence I’ve had about this matter, and there is a gap of more than four years between the alleged contravention date and the date of this letter.
The incident relates to the car park at the wedding venue used on my son’s wedding day. We provided the venue with a list of all our guests’ vehicle registration numbers, after which the car-park management cancelled all issued tickets. The venue has since ceased trading, but I still have email copies of my correspondence with them, including the list of guest registration numbers.
What should I do now? I’d appreciate your advice.

Wait till you get any proper court paperwork. If you do. They are still on scare tactics at the moment. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.3 -
Ignore, and wait for the Letter of Claim from the lawyers, probably from DCB Legal
