Confused.com I cannot use my free Sainsbury's eGift card

I have contacted Confused.com but apparently they take 5 to 7 days to reply.

Has anyone else had a problem?  There I was in Sainsbury's must admit only went there because Confused.com confirmed my gift had been verified.

Went to use the card, error code advised to try refreshing the screen, did, even went out side and restarted the app.  So no help from Sainsbury's at the store.  At home got on to Sainsbury's menu system, got through to their eGift card section, will not do a thing without an eGift card number.  Pointed out their system would not give me the number.  Eventually got told they would email their systems people, but would not give me a case number, and as I had used up 16 minutes of their time unless there was something else could I end the call.

Confused.com I cannot find a contact email or telephone number, filled in their form yesterday, not even an acknowledgement.

Next insurance will be done through a different comparison site, what do you recommend?

I don’t think waiting 5 to 7 days is particularly unreasonable.
