Anne Louise Boutique

I'm writing to find out if anyone else has had issues with the online retailer Anne Louise Boutique and receiving a refund/have any advice on how I can tackle this. Anne Louise Boutique or ALB has a huge social following and the dresses are worn by celebrities and influencers all the time, but stupidly I didn't refer to Trust Pilot before purchasing some dresses online via Clearpay. None of the dresses fit (all purchases were full priced items and not on sale as I read their returns policy in advance) so I sent them back and ordered some different sizes but the sizing is quite rogue and sometimes the dresses were not made well - belt buckle not in the middle, one side bigger than the other etc. Anyway sent them all back and awaited my refunds x 2. I received confirmation emails that my items had arrived back at ALB on Monday 4 August and Weds 6 August. Nothing came, so I chased. I was told they were on with it and I needed to wait 14 working days. So I did. Still no refund and now two months later I still have not had a refund. I raised a dispute on Clearpay but ALB asked me to remove it so they could refund - but they didn't. After several emails and calls to Clearpay they have allowed me to raise the dispute again on Clearpay. I have emailed/called/messaged and contacted ALB on social media. I do not get a response, they don't pick-up the phone or reply to whats app. I have also contacted Trading Standards to report them and written to them, referencing the consumer services act 2013. Nothing. I have looked at Ombudsman but there's nothing for retail. Is there anything else I can do? Reading Trustpilot the only way others have got their money back is via their banks but I paid via Clearpay so I don't have that option.

Ultimately wait for ClearPay to go through their process in the first instance and consider a letter before action and court proceedings if they dont return your funds/cancel the debt1
