Help with 2 x PCNs from Southwick Beach (GXS Parking) – moved house, letters at old address

Hi all,
I’ve read through the NEWBIES thread before posting, but my situation feels a bit muddled so I’d appreciate some advice.
-
On 17th August, I parked at Southwick Beach. I was sitting in front of my car on the beach for about 30 minutes and when I turned around I found a PCN stuck on my windscreen. To my disbelief, they want £100, which seems very steep. I’ve been waiting for the Notice to Keeper (NTK) to arrive, as per the advice in the NEWBIES thread.
-
Things got more complicated when I recently went back to my old flat (I moved a few months ago) to check post. I found two letters from GXS Parking relating to 3rd July (same location). This time it looks like an ANPR camera caught me. I had both an NTK and a Final Reminder waiting there.
-
Because I’d forgotten to update my car logbook (stupid mistake, I know), all the NTKs went to my old address. I’ve now updated DVLA and corrected this.
-
I have now received a letter from TRACE Debt Recovery chasing the July incident, and oddly, despite my V5C still being on the wrong address at the time, TRACE managed to send this one to my current address. Do I still need to tell them to erase my old address if they’re already writing to me at the new one?
So, at this point I have:
-
A windscreen PCN from 17th August (awaiting NTK).
-
An NTK + Final Reminder from 3rd July (found at old address).
-
A TRACE debt recovery letter for the July event (sent to my correct address).
I’m a bit lost with having two separate charges and the mix of methods (one windscreen PCN, one ANPR). I’ll attach redacted images of the notices and debt letters.
Any advice on next steps for both cases would be hugely appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

TRACE managed to send this one to my current address. Do I still need to tell them to erase my old address if they’re already writing to me at the new one?Yes never assume that will continue. You need to email GXS Services and Trace Data Protection Officer (DPO).
You'll find email for each DPO in their privacy policy. Google search GXS Services DPO email, do same for Trace. Then send one email (see link below for example wording) to GXS Services DPO and cc in Trace.

Yes you must. GXS are not litigious but that could change.
I'm a local (somewhere in West Sussex) lass and have no idea why anyone parks south of the coast road at Shoreham Port.
Literally all the roads opposite (North of the A259) are public highway and free to park on by the industrial units, then walk across to the Port Kitchen, lock gates or beach.
But Shoreham Port is infested by GXS cameras and goons and is a complete no-go area for drivers.
You can ignore them but you can't leave them with a choice of 2 addresses. And you must respond to Trace to confirm the correct address.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks @Nellymoser, I will email Trace and GSC and tell them to erase my old address
@Coupon-mad I wont be making that mistake again, I didn't realise it was such a no-go area for drivers as its so quiet! thanks for the info. So after I have told them to remove my old address there is nothing further I should do, just ignore all communications from them unless I get a CCJ through the door?
Appreciate all the info so far!0 -
