I changed my password as requested. Now, when I try to access the deals, the drop-down menu shows the addresses of everyone else on my street but mine. I emailed them. Their advice, or rather AI's, was to post here or access the 'help/support' articles; none of which offer a solution. Disappointed.

    I received the following response from a human being:I'm sorry to hear that your address isn't listed in the dropdown menu on Cheap Energy Club. 


    Our address lookup uses data from the electricity national database. If your address isn't listed, it would indicate that your electricity supply is registered under a different address on the database. 


    I'm afraid we're unable to make amendments to this system, but if you contact your current electricity supplier they will be able to confirm how the supply is registered, and you can either use this address to continue with the comparison, or you can ask your supplier to make amendments to the database. Once amended, the changes will then filter through to our website.

    I have emailed my energy supplier and will post that outcome.
