We have had our return flight from Paphos, next year, rescheduled and the time doesn't suit us. The email offers us the chance to choose a different flight but, whenever we try to choose a new flight, it just says an error has occurred. We have tried the chat help..... useless. We have called the number but can't get through to an actual person. Any help would be appreciated!

Has the flight been booked direct with Ryanair or is this a TUI package using Ryanair? It may make a difference to how you approach it.0
