Bank Park Management 5 Parking fines, past appeal window but valid permit?

Morning all,
Essentially I failed to update my V5c for some time (stupid I know, and I have dealt with the consequences and rectified this). I did a SAR to the DVLA which showed 5 parking fines from Bank Park Management across 5 consecutive days. This is now out of the appeal window
The issue is I had a valid 30 day permit at the time. I took a picture of the permit and have a bank statement showing proof of this going out.
I reached out to them with attached proof and explanation. They have been extremely obstructive, replying 2 weeks after every email, stating that the PCNs are 'no longer held within their offices' and I need to liase with debt recovery going forward? I had this situation with another car parking operator who immediately cancelled the PCN despite it going out for debt recovery.
As they have no intention of cancelling the PCNs despite black and white evidence I had a valid permit, what are my options? I would appreciate any help. Cheers

Eventually this will be passed to DCB Legal. They usually discontinue, but this will be a £1000+ claim so unlikely.
So I'd get all your evidence ready and photos of signage at the site would a good idea.

Yes. Your defence point is obviously 100% solid, but a photo of the contract they rely upon might just prevent any hidden surprises. Did you have to display your permit?1

The Single Code of Practice says:
8.4.1. Where a parking operator accepts payment of a parking charge, they do not need to offer the ability to appeal providing this is clear in the notice. Parking operators must provide a process for motorists to appeal against a Parking Charge (including unpaid parking tariff) in accordance with Annex C, which:
a) allows that the parking charge may be appealed within 28 days;
b) requires the parking operator to respond to appeals within 28 days or, where a decision on the appeal is not concluded within 28 days, requires the parking operator to acknowledge the appeal and confirm the timeframe for concluding it, including the supply of additional information;
c) requires the parking operator to consider appeals received outside of the normal 28-day period allowed for lodging an appeal where the appellant provides evidence of exceptional circumstances for the appeal not being lodged within the normal timeframes.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'
