Pcp emissions claim vwfs

There are 2 companies that I accidentally signed up to because I thought one was pcp and one was emissions so now have 2 companies acting on the one claim. 
I have asked each company to close my case and asked for admin fee but neither are willing to close as want the other companies details.  
I feel so annoyed and disappointed that I fell for this and wish I had never signed up to any company 
How can I leave- it literally is only since end July 2025 so can't have done much admin other than send a letter to vwfs

Or should I try and cancel one or just wait till Supreme Court as claim may not go ahead anyway and no win no fee etc
Please can anyone help and advise ?

Have to remember the hourly rate law firms charge... it's normally a few hundred to set up a claim file, make sure paperwork in order, send initial letter of claim etc. 

Why not give the other firms details as requested?
