Defence help - keying error ECP

Hi Everyone,
Please can I have a link to the thread for preparing my defence for a keying error. Already appealed through POPLA and as expected was sent the £20 offer. Ignored the letters. Have now received the claim pack. I filed the AOS and need guidance on preparing the defence. In my case the ticket machine printed the first letter of my registration and nothing more, keys on the keypad felt sticky/stiff. I parked for an hour in the car park and did not overstay. I wrote to ECP requesting evidence of the machine servicing and data around how many keying errors that machine produced and was ignored (as expected!!).
Thank you in advance

You don't need another link because there are two links on every page to hop straight back to page one where the pinned 'sticky' Announcement threads are.
See my signature for how to 'navigate' (as an aside, how I hate that word's stupidly prevalent overuse these days! Even when I rang my GP the other day, the recorded message said their 'Care Navigators' were busy. I nearly put the phone down in disgust at that ludicrous word. I must be getting old).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep looks good but you can also change the end to include the new Mazur case, as we assume the Claim Form signatory on the back is non-authorised Sarah Ensall? See all the threads about Mazur including defence wording already written) by searching for it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
