Fine from Premier Park Ltd, debt recovery plus. Did not receive initial letters.

I received a letter from debt recovery plus saying I owe £170. This is the fourth letter they’ve claimed they sent me. However, this is the first time I have received anything about the parking fine.
The parking fine was issued on July 2024 according to the letter.

I tried calling debt recovery and they say they have proof they sent the previous notices and the specific dates they posted them.

Now I have moved house recently in August 2025 but the letters were supposedly sent in November 2024. I haven’t heard of anything from Premier Park Ltd.

I am not sure what to do now. Sorry if the answer was somewhere obvious.

Yep you need to re-read the NEWBIES thread & stop phoning up scammers & taking them seriously!

    Open every letter.

Tell them to ERASE the old address. Do not leave them with a choice of 2 addresses.

Come back if you get a LBC from a solicitor but we assume you know that, from when you read NEWBIES READ THESE FAQS FIRST before posting.

I read the newbies thread but I am not very smart.

Afterwards, I tried searching again and saw this thread.

Received a Debt Recovery Plus Letter but no letters before!!

In it, it mentioned that I could send a complaint to the company that issued the PCN to reissue the PCN since I never received it. Is this true?
