Setting aside a CCJ

First post on here, I'll try not to get bogged down in the details but here goes:
I've had a CCJ sent to my parents address on 29.08.25. I no longer live at that address. I first saw the CCJ after the one month window you have to pay in full and have the CCJ cancelled
I'm now looking in to having the CCJ set aside to clear it from my credit file and set up a payment with Moorside Legal (Claimant)
For reference, the CCJ relates to an unpaid CCJ I was ignoring
Any questions fire away

And Moorside are clearly not a parking firm claimant.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
