Radio 4 has a weekly programme ('In Touch') for the visually impaired. I've heard it occasionally as it's on around 8pm ish. The programme regularly looks at these sort of issues - the last time I heard it, they were looking at what banks were doing to make cash machines more accessible. Listeners often get in touch with the programme for advice and, from time to time, the programme takes up a particular issue raised by a listener and campaigns on behalf of the listeners (a recent example is their investigation of mobile phones for the visually impared. It ended up with one of the v. senior directors of Orange giving out his personal email address so that anyone experiencing problems could get in touch with him direct so that he could sort it for them). It might be worth getting in touch with the programme via the BBC's website to see a) if they've already looked at online banking and b) if they haven't, would they be willing to do some investigation?0
