Royal mail lost parcel?

Ordered last Wednesday tracking 48hrs, tracking not updated since Friday but had email on Saturday saying it would be delivered but Iv had nothing. How can I contact royal mail? I think they may have lost my parcel and I need them as they are prescription for my dog 😭

I've had 100% success with RM over the years.  You can claim for a lost parcel using their online portal.  You have to upload evidence of the purchase (screenshot for example) and they will refund you.  I've done it for both me not getting a parcel, and a seller having not had it delivered.  In the last case, I was refunded the cost of the item (a toy that I sold on Ebay for £20) plus the postage.  So I could then refund the buyer.  Then two weeks later the item showed up at my door!  So I sold it again

You need to contact who you bought from.
You do not have a contract with RM, it is the sellers job to sort out & either refund you or supply the item.

If they do not you have a chargeback right via bank or paypal for non receipt of goods.

You need to contact the seller not Royal Mail.

You need the seller to contact RM. They will usually insist on a 10 day or so wait before they will consider it lost and begin proceedings.

Echo the above - your contract is with the seller, and its the seller that needs to refund you and claim the loss from RM, not you.
Contact the seller with your concerns and let them do the chasing.

What does the tracking say currently?
Contact the seller and tell them royal mail said it would be delivered on Saturday but they're now saying x, and ask.the seller to send out a replacement. Assure them that if you receive both parcels you will make them aware and are happy to return the extra one.
