Gatwick South drop off zone entered accidentally, LOC next steps

Hi all
A lot of context to bare with me please.
I entered the Gatwick drop off zone by accident back in Feb, as I had just picked up my car from the Gatwick long stay parking. Was following GPS and found myself at the drop off area, drove right past (without stopping) and went above my drive, thinking nothing of it as I didn't actually stop and park.
No letters were sent to me (that I knew of) so this wasn't even in my mind. Turns out, as I had just changed address they sent PCN to my old address, and I didn't receive these letters until late July. And then I found out they sent me a LOC due to non response:

I responded based on advice from newbies thread early August, and didn't get anything back for over a month so assumed it was over, low and behold they have now responded a couple days back with the following:

What would be the next steps here, do I have any rebuttal?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Never assume, NCP had 6 years to issue a court claim, so early days
Ncp or their agents have also made assumptions, even though there is no keeper liability at airports
If you get another LoC letter, email the LoC response template
If you get any powerless debt collectors letters, ignore them
If you receive an N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL, come back to this thread1 -
Why don't you email Moorside and ask for a copy of the PCN because your car only traversed straight through, therefore you want to know exactly how many seconds the car was captured.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK. You have a solid defence. Didn't use or gain amenity from the drop off zone so never owed the tariff anyway.
No parking event, no breach.
