Who can participate? Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years of age. Participants must not be affiliated to KAYAK, Tourism Ireland nor their respective affiliated entities, their PR, advertising or media agencies, nor be anyone remunerated by KAYAK or Tourism Ireland for activities on social or other media. Employees of KAYAK, Tourism Ireland or their respective affiliates and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, and members of their respective families are not eligible.

Only one entry per person is permitted. If you enter more than once, only your first entry counts.

Participants may not use any automated or manual tools such as bots or click-farms to make entries.

Participation is free of charge. No payment is necessary to participate in this promotion.

To participate in the promotion you must:

The promotion starts on 02/10/2025 and runs until 31/10/2025. You must complete all steps above during this period to be eligible to participate.

The prizes:

KAYAK shall pay for the winner’s flight booking and a hotel up to the total amount of £1.500 per booking.

£1500 limit specification:
All flights included under a single booking are covered, options to fly to various Irish destinations.

The winner will coordinate the exact flight and hotel details with a KAYAK representative. The Prize is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless at KAYAK’s sole discretion.

If the winner is unable to take the originally planned trip, they will have seven (7) days from their reply to KAYAKs first email contact to propose an alternative trip within the same budget. Failure to provide travel dates and times within this period will result in a redraw.

The aforementioned prize does not include food, other transport expenses and miscellaneous costs incurred prior to, during or after the trip, or any insurance booked as part of the trip.

Prize mechanics:

Winner’s flight and hotel booking up to the limit of £1.500 shall be made by KAYAK. If the price fluctuates between promotion entry and discussions with the KAYAK representative KAYAK will be willing to pay up to £1,500 per booking.

The trip must take place in 2025 or 2026.

1 winner will be drawn after the campaign period is over. The winners will be contacted via email from KAYAK at the latest 5 working days after the draw.

The winners must reply to KAYAK’s email no later than five (5) working days after receipt of KAYAK’s email with the winner’s first and last name, a valid email address, physical address, date of birth, telephone number and passport information and any other information necessary to complete the booking and such information for any travel companion if applicable. Failure to do so will result in a new random draw to determine a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries.

KAYAK and its appointed agents will use participants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the promotion. KAYAK will also send you marketing communications to the email you provided.
