    hi everybody

    i got a letter on the 15th (was away) from civil enforcement

    it contaisn a directions questionnaire, most of the boxes are already pre ticked, its even pre signed in the box where it says i must sign

    at the bottom it says to return t to the court and all other parties in this case

    is this all normal?

    yes its normal. wait for your own from the CNBC in Northampton ( file the CEL one away )

    keep checking your MCOL claim history to see when its been posted

    then download the N180 pdf document from the gov website, fill it in and email it to the DQ email address

    check the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements, and follow all of them

    Weeks  , so check your MCOL claim history for updates up until they transfer it to your local civil court that you nominate in your impending  N180 DQ document , the letter you are currently waiting for in the long process 

    Your MCOL claim history is the same as checking your online bank account,  giving you the current state of play

    We cannot tell you their timelines or how busy they are

    These cases tend to take 6 to 12 months from the claim form issue date
