Unfair Default lodged by Admiral?

Hi folks.
I got an email this morning from Admiral saying I'd defaulted on my van Insurance that I cancelled a couple of weeks ago.
"Notice of default
We refer to your consumer credit agreement ##### relating to an insurance policy with Admiral. Your bank/building society could not pay your Direct Debit instalment of £65.31 due on 27/09/2025."
Called them up straight away and the lady said I'd missed a payment on the 27th Sep because my bank refused the payment ... I know this isn't true so I asked to speak to a manager she put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back and said, I was right and it's their mistake ... when I cancelled the insurance apparently the guy had to cancel the payment so that he could get the final bill / amount that I owe but didn't set it back up again so their system didn't attempt the payment.
I paid it straigjht away by card and she assured me nothing would be recorded on my credit file. So all is good.
Tonight I get hme from work and get an email from Experian saying I had an alert, had a look and my score has dropped 200points, I can't see why at the moment 'cause they keep asking me to pay to see it ... waiting to get the Statutory Credit Report but this sounds all a bit too co-incidental?
I did finance a new van in September so I'm wondering if the -200 is in relation to that and it was actually just coincidence

I'd be very surprised if anything reaches a CRA within 4 days.1

Ignore the fake score too
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
