You need to read the agreement that came with the card, the current 20 mth and 14 mth offerings state "on purchases ........ from account opening" so for all purchases made during the whole period.1

Sometimes people either don't read or misunderstand the T&Cs, but there's never any hidden catches. It'll be clearly defined in the T&Cs, you just need to make sure you read them carefully. It's fairly common for the 0% purchase offer to run for the whole length of the promotion - i.e., any purchase made at any time during the first 22 months will be 0%. Though of course, if you make a purchase in month 20, you'll only get 2 months of 0%.But some cards do restrict it - for instance, it may only apply to purchases made during the first 90 days.Robbo26 said:but can not find out anywhere ....... even Chatgpt couldn't help me🤣I don't think AI would be a very trustworthy source, to say the least. All banks will have different T&Cs, and will even have different T&Cs for each different product they offer, sometimes even different T&Cs for different customers of the same product.

This was discussed a couple of months ago. I think it's only MBNA where the "interest-free on spending" is limited to spending in the first 60 days; with other cards, it's for the duration of the offer.See 4-page thread here:N.
