Should I contact Euro Car Parks?

Hello everyone,
Just over two years ago I changed address.
Just over two years ago I changed address.
When I was doing that, I stopped at a Pizza Hut in a retail park with a 2hour limit.
I could swear I didn’t stayed over, but today, at my new address I received a Notice of debt recovery from a debt collector company.
I changed my address back then, but this could have went to my old one.
I read here that I should write to these two and notify them to delete my old address but my question is please: Do I also ask Euro Car Parks to send me the proof as I never received their PCN and also had nothing on my windscreen?
Thank you.

Just email a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO at both companies and any other company chasing you, especially if DCB Legal contact you ( dont ask for anything else )4

Make sure you instruct the DPO to:
- Update your "address for service" to your current address
- ERASE any prior addresses which they may hold in connection with the charge notice.
- Confirm that this has been carried out.
The reason for doing this is to stop them from "accidentally" issuing a claim to an outdated address. If they were to do this then you can use the binding Court of Appeal ruling in Vehicle Control Services v Carr to get any default judgment set aside at their expense.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'
