Problems with RBS website

I have a Virgin One flexible mortgage account. RBS has recently closed the V1 website and everything has been moved to the RBS one instead. It doesn't seem to be going very well.
Today I logged on to RBS, could access my account but noticed that there are no statements available. Given that we're being pushed to go paperless this is a big problem as there would be no monthly statement going forward. The list of transactions is only a small part of the statements so I certainly do want to have these.
So I looked for the webchatbot that has been there previously. And now it's not. And there's no secure messaging available of any sort. I have managed to track back to their top page of the site and found a phone number that I could call but this is different than the one I've used previously.
I wonder if anyone else has been having problems with V1 or RBS websites.

Whilst I don't have the Virgin V1 mortgage account, whether that makes a difference I don't know, the RBS website is working fine for me including 'Chat to Cora' which pops up in the bottom right corner of the screen after logging on.

Well Cora has reappeared but I can't talk to anyone as they only work 9 - 5. Will see if I can pick this up tomorrow.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
