Good Afternoon, Thank you for your offer of repayment via our online portal. Please be advised we have received and reviewed your payment plan proposal. We must advise you that we cannot accept the payment plan proposal as the offer falls below the pre-approved amount we are able to accept at this time without further understanding your circumstances. Please log on to our online portal www.portal.bwlegal.co.uk/ and complete the Income and Expenditure form within the next seven days. You can contact our offices on 0113 487 0430 to discuss an affordable payment plan once you have completed the Income and Expenditure form. As the issue has been resolved, no further action is required from you at this time. If you would like to view the full contact history or submit a new query, please log into our Customer Portal by clicking here. |
Yours sincerely, |

All it means is that they won't be looking at a repayment plan until you send them the income and expenditure form. And that means, to me at least, that you have had a lucky escape so you can withhold any payment and eventually respond to them trying to get you with a CCJ. Which of course you will not get because they'll not show at court.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
