Heathrow T5 Apcoa PCN

Hello,
I recently received a PCN from APCOA regarding non payment of a drop off charge concerning a vehicle I had part exchanged about 4 weeks before the date of incident. They asked me to provide the driver's name and address or payment for the charge. I informed them I wasn't the driver since I'd sold the car and sent evidence of that.
I didn't realise until checking with the DVLA that I'm still the registered keeper of the car (some clown obviously hasn't informed the DVLA correctly when the car was sold on - it has been retaxed).
They have back come to me again asking for either the driver's name nad address or payment for the charge and proof that I'm no longer the owner.
Looking at the various threads if I reply again
1. repeating that I have proved I am no longer the vehicle owner (which they asked for)
2. using the wording about the registered keeper not having to identify the driver
3. I am resident in Scotland
should that be enough to get them to go away?
Thanks for any advice

Just ignore them from now on
I presume that you told the dvla when you sold it ?
If not, there could be all sorts coming your way, a blank cheque for the driver4 -
The fact you are in Scotland means nothing will happen. You don't quite have keeper liability just yet. It is coming but you can read about that if you want, by searching the forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have to write to the DVLA to confirm that I sold the vehicle. Thanks for your reassuring comments guys.2
