Anyone having problems with Chase? My savings account has disappeared and can only see current account. Can't access statements either..

When I logged in early this morning there was a note saying they were having trouble showing some saving accounts so hopefully it's all sorted now.1

Chase was very glitchy and slow this morning
Transferring payments at 630 - 7am this morning to various regular savings accounts was very slow and balance updates after payments sent was delayed1 -
Yes - I haven't been able to use the app since Tuesday evening. Unable to login properly - spinning wheel, balances incorrect, can't see savings accounts, etc, etc. There are plenty of one star reviews in Android PlayStore saying that the latest version of the app doesn't work. The Chase Support page on X also reports as recently as yesterday (9th Oct) that there is a problem that is currently being worked on to provide a fix. At the same time the Chase Status page chaseuk reports that everything is working normally. As yet this problem doesn't appear to have been picked up by any media channels.

I've had the same problem since last Friday. Support say that they are aware of the problem but I have been unable to access my accounts with them for a week now. I got them to manually transfer everything out (bar £1 in each account) because I can't live with no access.0 -
I had to clear all data and re-register (ID and selfie verification required). That fixed it for me.0

Just had a new mobile phone, the last time was 7 years ago, I tend to make them last and don't opt for a new one until I have to. I have to say that chase was the banking app I really had trouble with. I'm on Android and it went around in a loop with the ID verification . I used the old phone to chat with chase through the app and their advice was to uninstall it on the new phone and install again. I duly did that then it got even worse as it then wouldn't complete the pre setup stage of sending a verification code via SMS, I got an oops something has gone wrong message. In the end after a long wait on the phone an adviser tried and eventually managed to override something their end and I got it installed on the new phone.
For an app only bank, I wouldn't want to move my everyday banking to them. By comparison Santander, RBS and even the Coop bank worked first time and their processes were really easy.0
