• Prize acceptance: Winner must confirm acceptance within 14 days of being contacted. If unclaimed, the prize will be reallocated.
• Eligibility: One entry per person. Entrants must be 18+ years old.

Prize details

The winner will receive:

• Two return economy class flight tickets from London Heathrow to Taipei, provided by China Airlines.

Flight Prize Terms – Provided by China Airlines

• Number of tickets: 1 winner, 2 return economy flight tickets.
• Routing: London Heathrow LHR (Terminal 3) – Taipei TPE (Return)
• Class of travel: Economy Class (X)
• Travel periods (embargo dates – travel not permitted): 06–31 Dec 2025; 12–23 Feb 2026; 01 Jul–10 Aug 2026.

Additional conditions

• Travel must be completed outside the embargo periods listed above.
• Extension of the travel period is strictly not permitted.
• Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.
• Seats will only be confirmed subject to availability in X Class.
• Chosen travel dates cannot be guaranteed; a few preferred dates must be provided.

The winner must contact the China Airlines UK & Ireland office to arrange the booking and issue the ticket. Travel dates are subject to availability.

All the incidental charges imposed by governments concerned (such as airport tax and/or otherwise stipulated) and insurance/fuel surcharges/Booking Service Charge will be covered by Kemosabe.

Booking instructions

To make a booking, email lonres.ci@aviareps.com and present the original Prizewinner certificate. You will need to provide:

• Full passport names
• Prize-winner’s confirmation from Kemosabe
• Special requests – seating / dietary / medical

Ticket details

• Ticket type: Electronic ticket (booking reference provided after ticket issue)
• Ticket issue period: Three months after the award results are announced
• Ticket validity: Six months from issue date
• Routing: LHR–TPE–LHR
• Restrictions: Non-endorsable, non-reroutable, non-refundable; no-show fee may apply. (Subject to embargo dates — 2025: 06–31 Dec; 2026: 12–23 Feb, 01 Jul–10 Aug)
• Stopover: Not applicable

Operational disruptions

• Unable to board due to operational issue: If a passenger is unable to board due to an operational issue, China Airlines will accommodate them on the next available flight. No compensation will be given.
• Flight interruption: For any flight interruption, corresponding reroute/reissue can only be made on CI/AE prime flights. Related services such as meals and hotel accommodation will not be provided.

Further conditions

This voucher and the award ticket are non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-refundable and have no resale value. No schedule change is allowed after the ticket is issued.

No-shows: For passengers who do not cancel their reservations and do not show up for their flights: The award ticket is subject to embargo period.
