POPLA Appeal

Hi all
Please can I get some advice/ letter template
received a fine from Gatwick for the vehicle the date of offense was 07.09 on that date the vehicle was put on auto pay on the account
normally if you don’t have account you have 24 hours to pay, so you would assume their system syncs and picks up new vehicles added to auto pay
but it does not! I did the first appeal they said no and now I have to do POPLA appeal
does anyone have any template that relevant to this situation? Thank you

Did you reveal who was driving in your appeal   ?

Which parking company   ?  NCP  ?

Study the group thread for Gatwick and Heathrow and Manchester,  should be at least one popla appeal in there,  or in the popla decisions thread

Oh... you appealed already... we hope you didn't say who was driving?!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Look for previous popla appeals by keepers at Gatwick   ( or other airports,  but ideally NCP Gatwick popla appeals  ) over the last couple of years,  and adapt to suit your case

No blabbing about who was driving
