I'm looking to jump onto the new Money Saving Octopus tariff, but I'm already with Octopus Energy. When I click switch it wants direct debit details, which feels wrong. Any advice?

It's currently showing on Octopus' Our Tariffs' page - is it showing in your online account as an option to switch to?
