Escaping online service recording?

Hi all
I've a 70 plate Mazda which has no 'service booklet' in the old fashioned sense - its service record is all online.
I'd like the flexibility to use other garages for my servicing but I've not found one who can upload a record of work carried out to the Mazda database.
Any ideas?

You won’t be able to but you will be able to provide the invoices to any potential buyer. When I sold my ID3 to The Motorway earlier this year that was all they required to show I had the car serviced. The service record would also been on VWs database but I don’t thing that is available to anyone other than VW dealers and I suspect that is the same with all manufacturers.

Get a print out from Mazda, then just keep the paper invoices for the services.

Only dealers can feed into the manufacturer service record. This isn't brand specific.

You can document the non-franchise history however you wish.

This makes sense. The service record will no longer be digital/online, but it will be in paper form.

Its not just dealers, but "Authorised Repairers" who can access the online service records and update them. Any garage can apply to join, but there is something of a high bar set, for example: https://www.volkswagen.co.uk/en/need-help/company/authorised-repairer.html

Seems to be the way to go, thanks. I'll buy myself a 'generic' service booklet for going forward.
